Icy Light Green Jadeite Laughing Buddha Pendant

100% natural Grade-A jadeite, certified by NGTC for authenticity.

Light green jadeite gives this Laughing Buddha pendant a fresh, luminous appearance, with particularly good translucency and a fine icy texture. Light passes through the carving and gathers along its rounded contours, while the polished surface brings out the gentle green color. Localized deeper green accents add variation to the stone, complementing the broad, softly glowing belly and the more detailed carving around the face and robes.

The Buddha is depicted with a broad smile, curved brows and a rounded belly, framed by flowing robe folds. An 18K gold bail with sculpted botanical forms and diamond accents adds warmth and a delicate sparkle above the jadeite. The wide outline gives the smiling figure a clear presence when worn, while the relief carving creates depth across the face and body. There is an internal crack near the bottom. It is not prominent, and the area feels smooth to the touch and does not catch the fingernail.

Traditionally associated with joy and contentment, the Laughing Buddha offers a cheerful reminder to appreciate everyday life. This light green jadeite Buddha pendant suits someone drawn to Buddhist imagery, expressive carving or meaningful jade jewelry. Worn with a simple blouse or an open neckline, it makes the smiling figure the focus of an everyday outfit. It could be chosen as a birthday gift carrying a wish for happiness, or as a personal keepsake to mark a fresh start with a more lighthearted outlook.
