Free Worldwide Shipping (DDP)
I offer free worldwide shipping for all orders. “Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)” means import duties and taxes are covered by me, so you won’t be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery in most destinations.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. For custom requests or sourcing services, processing time may vary and I will confirm the timeline with you on WhatsApp.

Delivery Time (Estimated)
Delivery times vary by destination. Typical estimates:

- Asia: 3–7 business days

- Europe: 5–10 business days

- North America: 5–12 business days

- Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days

These are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, peak seasons, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Carrier & Tracking
I ship with reliable international carriers (e.g., SF Express / DHL / FedEx, depending on destination). A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Packaging
All items are packed securely to protect jade and jewelry during transit. For high-value orders, I may use additional protective packaging.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.

DDP Notes / Exceptions
DDP is provided for most destinations. In rare cases where local regulations require the recipient to complete identity verification or pay a handling fee, the recipient may need to cooperate with the carrier or customs to complete delivery.

Lost / Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item. I will assist you with the carrier claim process and provide a solution based on the case.
